Holiday Delivery
Orders after December 15th are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Production
Monogrammed  and custom made items can take up to two weeks for production.

Rush orders are possible at an additional charge

Returns
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods only.  Please contact Liza Byrd if you wish yo exchange an item.

Care and Cleaning
For novelty trimmed items please follow care instructions in garment.  All pompom and ribbon trimmed clothing can be hand washed in cold water and line dried. Use warm iron to reshape.
